Green Mining DAO is a community-owned bitcoin mining operation. Decision-making within the DAO is distributed among its members.
Each GMT token holder is both a Green Mining DAO Member and a shareholder of GM Data Centers AG. This dual role empowers token holders to vote on various aspects, such as profit distribution, leadership appointments, and other significant decisions during the annual gathering, including amendments to the articles of association.
To further specify GM DAO Member roles, we have introduced four categories: Founding or Core member, contributor, or ambassador. There are also roles that emphasize support without direct shareholder status.
These roles are distinguished by specific NFTs minted on the Polygon blockchain and delivered to the wallet holding GMT tokens.
Founding Members are those who supported GM DAO during the Private Token Sale or the Pre-Seed Round. Their early investment played a pivotal role in launching the project.
Founding Members receive a Founding Member NFT, which is tradable and comes with larger referral bonuses, increased discounts on merchandise, and exclusive access to BTC education trips.

Core Members are investors who participated in the Pre-Token Sale. Their investments were instrumental in building the core facility of Green Mining DAO.
