Green Mining DAO is a community owned bitcoin mining operation, which means that its decision-making process is carried out by its members.
Each GMT token holder is a Green Mining DAO Member and a shareholder of GM Data Centers AG, and can vote on profit distribution, leadership, and other relevant decisions during the annual gathering, including articles of association.
As a GM DAO Member, investors have the opportunity to shape the future of the company and be a part of a community dedicated to promoting sustainable bitcoin mining.
GM DAO member roles can be specified by the addition as follows: Founding or Core member, contributor or ambassador. There are also roles associated with the DAO that do not necessarily define the individual as member and direct shareholder but as Supporter or Associate.
All roles and their specific rights are represented by specific NFTs minted on Polygon and delivered to the wallet in which the GMT token is held.
GM DAO Member and GM DAO Member NFT
Each GMT token holder can claim their Member NFT, which offers additional rights and DAO community perks.
The GM DAO Membership NFT is tied to the greenlisted wallet in which GMT tokens will be distributed and represents the voting rights for that wallet as long as the conversion of the convertible loan is due.
In addition the following rights are given.

Founding Members joined and supported GM DAO during the Private Token Sale or our Pre-Seed Round.
As their investment is the reason for the existence of the projects they are considered Founding Members.
They are the investors that believed in the project from the beginning and have taken the largest risk and will receive the largest reward.
