4.1 Business Models for GM Data Centers AG

GM Data Centers AG, the parent company of Green Mining DAO, operates with four distinct business models, each serving specific goals and objectives.

4.2 Self Mining for Stable Operations

GM Data Centers AG employs a self-mining model to ensure the stability and consistency of its mining operations. The profits generated from self-mining are primarily directed towards covering essential operational costs and supporting the company's dedicated team.

While this model prioritizes operational stability, it also contributes to the overall profitability of the operations, allowing for the consistent payment of dividends to investors, aiming for dividends between 5% and 15% annually.

4.3 Subsidiary Mining for Dividend Maximization

GM Data Centers AG's subsidiary mining (or co-mining) model is designed to maximize dividends for investors, including the company itself, which holds a 20% stake in each subsidiary.

These subsidiaries are focused on generating substantial dividends for investors and are not intended for global expansion. Instead, their growth is kept moderate to maintain hash rate and ensure a consistent economic output. The primary objective of this model is to deliver attractive and dependable dividend payouts to investors.

4.4 Reuse of Excess Heat for Sustainability

Sustainability is a core pillar of GM Data Centers AG's business model. Beyond renewable energy sources, the company actively focuses on reusing excess heat generated by its mining facilities. The excess heat is harnessed for various additional revenue models, such as drying organic fruits, methane mitigation, and grid balancing.

This approach not only enhances profitability but also contributes to carbon reduction and environmental sustainability, ultimately making Bitcoin mining a carbon-negative activity.
